What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5 business days order to ship out.

Tracking information is sent to the email address listed at the time of order once your order has shipped.  If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at info@upscaleslay.com

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We do not offer refunds ALL SALES ARE FINAL, if the product is defective or damaged you must notify us within 24hrs of receiving your product by sending an email to info@upscaleslay.com with pictures, and if possible a video of the defective product, and a member of the Upscale Slay team will review. If it is determined that you are eligible for a refund due to the product being defective you will be emailed a returned shipping label, and you will be issued a refund after the defective item is returned.


Can I cancel my order?
No you cannot all sales are final.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email  or email us directly at info@upscaleslay.com to provide the correct information, and we will your order with the information provided. 

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location.
