How Custom Orders Work

Every item from Upscale Slay is handmade and customized just for you. Here’s how our custom order process works: 

🛒 Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose your custom product (Bracelet Stack, Apple Watch Band, Bangle Set, or Wholesale Kit) and complete checkout.

📝 Step 2: Complete Your Custom Order Form

The custom form is linked on each product page. You must complete it immediately after placing your order.

Use the form to provide:

  • Bead color preferences

  • Wrist/watch size

  • Connector color or bangle tone

  • General style or vibe you're going for

📌 Orders will NOT be processed until your form is submitted.
If the form is missing, your order will be placed on hold.

💎 Step 3: Add-Ons & Upgrades (Optional)

Customize your piece further by selecting items from the Slay Add-Ons collection before checkout:

🔹 Specialty Theme – $10

(Black History, Sorority, Pride, Career, Travel, Breast Cancer Awareness, Disney, etc.)
Add the Specialty Theme Add-On to your cart.
List your theme in the Order Notes or Special Instructions during checkout.

🔹 Extra Charms – $1 each

Add the Extra Charms Add-On and indicate the quantity in your custom form.

🔹 Photo Charm – $5 each

Add the Photo Charm Add-On to your cart.
Then email your JPG or PNG image with your order number to info@upscaleslay.com.

🔹 Rush My Order – $10

Want to skip the production line?
Add the Rush My Order Add-On for 2 business day processing.
⚠️ This does not include faster shipping — customers are responsible for selecting and paying for expedited shipping at checkout.
The $10 rush fee applies to processing time only.

📌 Add-ons must be paid at the time of order. If payment is not received within 48 hours, your order will be made freestyle based on the form.

🕒 Step 4: Processing Time

  • Custom Orders: Up to 5 business days from form submission

  • Wholesale Orders: Up to 10 business days from form + any add-on payments

  • Rush Orders: Processed within 2 business days after form + rush fee

🚫 All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Report any damages within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof.
