How Custom Orders Work

Every item from Upscale Slay is handmade and customized just for you. Here’s how our custom order process works:


πŸ›’ Step 1: Place Your Order

Choose your product (Bracelet Stack, Apple Watch Band, Bangle Set, or Wholesale Kit) and complete checkout like normal.


πŸ“ Step 2: Complete Your Custom Order Form

After checkout, you'll receive a form link via email. This form lets you choose your:

  • Bead colors

  • Wrist/watch sizes

  • Connector color or bangle tone

  • General design inspiration

Your order will not begin until your form is submitted.


πŸ’‘ Step 3: Optional Add-Ons & Upgrades

These are NOT included by default and must be requested on your form. Once submitted, you'll receive a separate invoice.

πŸ”Ή Extra Charms:

$1 per additional charm

πŸ”Ή Specialty Themes:

$15 upcharge (examples include: Black History, Disney, Sorority, Pride, Travel, Breast Cancer Awareness, etc.)

πŸ”Ή Photo Charms:

$5 per charm
πŸ“Έ Send your photo as a JPG or PNG to info@upscaleslay.com with your order number in the subject line.

If payment for requested upgrades is not received within 48 hours of invoicing, your order will be made as a freestyle design based on your form responses.


πŸ•’ Step 4: Processing Time

  • Custom Orders: Up to 5 business days after we receive your form

  • Wholesale Orders: Up to 10 business days after form + invoice (if applicable)


🚫 All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
If your item arrives damaged, you must report it within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
