All sales are FINAL
We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We are willing to work with you to resolve any issues with our products.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please report any damaged items within 24hrs of receipt by contacting info@upscaleslay.com with pictures, and/or video along with a description of what the defect is. We are not responsible for damage caused during shipping a claim must be filed by customer with the USPS (or other carrier when applicable, i.e. UPS, DHL)
If the defect is a result of something that occurred prior to shipping we will cover shipping cost. The item must be shipped back within 5 business days of the customer receiving the shipping label.
Lost Packages:
Upscale Slay is not responsible for lost packages; each order is photographed prior to shipping. Customers must file a claim with USPS (or other carrier when applicable, i.e. UPS, DHL) for lost packages
