Shipping policy

Al items are shipped through USPS First Class Mail (2-5 business days). An email confirmation with your tracking information will be sent to the email provided at the time that the order was placed once your order has shipped. To prevent any issues with the delivery of product please use a USPS verified address. 

If you desire to insure your package please select  Express Shipping when checking out.  If your package is not insured we will not be able assist you. The USPS is responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, or mis-delivered packages. 
If your package is lost, damaged, stolen, or mis-delivered please file a claim with the USPS.

If your item says delivered. There is absolutely nothing we can do. You should contact the carrier for more information.
