IF YOU ARE ORDERING A BAND THAT YOU HAVE SEEN PICTURED PLEASE MESSAGE ME TO ENSURE THAT THE BEADS ARE IN STOCK TO COMPLETE YOUR DESIGN

BAND WILL NOT BE AN EXACT DUPLICATE OF PICTURE(S) COLORS THAT ARE INCORPORATED WITH BGM CHARMS ARE RANDONLY SELECTED (If you have a color that you would prefer or totally dislike please include that information under order special instructions; we cannot guarantee that charms used to accent the BGM will be available in the you prefer color, but will met request to not include colors that you dislike) 

BAND COMES WITH 12 CHARMS (RANDOMLY SELECTED) 

STEPS TO FOLLOW WHEN ORDERING:

1. Select connector color options are: rose gold, silver, gold, and black

2. Select your watch size; sizes are: 38/40/41 mm or , 42/ 44/45  mm

3. Select wrist size (if you unsure please refer to the size chart)

4. List a  minimum of one and a maximum of three colors  that you would like your beads to be under order special instructions. (We prefer more than one choice just in case we do not have a color in stock)

5. List if you would like your BGM charms trimmed in silver or gold under order special instructions 

*FAILURE TO FOLLOW STEPS 4-5 WILl RESULT IN A FREESTYLE BAND BEING CREATED

We do not offer refunds. We will replace items that arrives broken. If your item is damaged upon arrival (not due to postal transport) you will have 24hrs after the item is marked delivered to report it to us with pictures and/or videos as proof. Report issues with damaged goods at info@upscaleslay.com
