Every watch band is individually handcrafted by Upscale Slay. The bead design will remain the same as pictured; however, the designer-inspired luxury charms are individually selected and may vary slightly, making each piece uniquely yours.

Samsung Customers: Signature Watch Bands are available for Apple Watch only. If you have a Samsung Watch, please order through our Design My Watch Band collection.

Ordering Instructions

1. Select your Apple Watch size.
2. In the Order Notes, enter your wrist size.

If no wrist size is provided, your order will automatically be created in our standard Medium (7-inch) wrist size.

Adjustment Policy

Please verify your Apple Watch size and wrist size before placing your order.

A $25 adjustment fee will apply if your band requires resizing due to incorrect watch size or wrist size provided at checkout.

Processing Time

Please allow up to 5 business days for your handcrafted order to be completed before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are FINAL.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged (excluding damage caused during postal transit), you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery confirmation by emailing info@upscaleslay.com with photos and/or video of the damaged item. Claims submitted after 24 hours cannot be honored.
